Obituary for Michael John Paccione

Michael John Paccione died Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital, Flower Mound, Texas. He was 95 years old. He was predeceased and married to Eleanor Paccione for 50 years.

Michael was born in Brooklyn, New York on January 24, 1927; a son of Teresa (Devito) and Frank Paccione. He resided in Plainfield, Stirling, and Gillette, New Jersey before moving to Texas in July, 2021.

He began his career working at Mac Truck in Plainfield, New Jersey as a machinist then opened his own hair dressing shop in Scotch Plains, New Jersey. He owned this business for over 30 years. He later worked at Soriano's Hairdressing Studio in Scotch Plains, New Jersey for 15 years before retiring.

Her served in the National Guard as a First Class Sergeant during Korean War and was honorably discharged in 1952.

Michael had his commercial pilots license, loved to sing and entertain any chance he could.

He is survived by his daughters Bonnie and her husband Ian Refo, Debra and her husband John Jeniec Sr. and Michelle and her husband Robert Gildea, Sr. His Grandchildren & Spouses: Christopher and Katie Luberoff, Lauren Luberoff, John "Chip" Jr. and Ashley Jeniec, Michael and Lindsay Jeniec, Robert Gildea, Jr. and Brittany Gildea.

Step-Grandchildren & Spouses: Tara and Juston Kuch, Michael & Stephanie Refo, Noah & Rachel Hopkins, Catherine Refo & Steven Farris.

He is also survived by five great grandchildren: Abigail & Cameron Luberoff, Liam & Harper Jeniec, & Harris Jeniec and six step-great grandchildren: Carter, Miles, Jackson Kuch, Jillian & Lucy Refo and John Farris.

He was predeceased by his six brothers and sisters

There will be a graveside service held at St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church on Chestnut Street in Stirling, New Jersey on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at Noon. Arrangements are under the direction of Valley Memorial Funeral Home, 1012 Valley Road, Gillette, New Jersey.
